"Tilt is building an app to transform the way we shop and discover products forever. As we lean into a new immersive virtual world, Tilt will be there leading the way, providing a more innovative, intuitive and intimate shopping experience."
— Jordan Schwarzenberger
Pre-Seed
£240K

The pre-seed round was led by SFC Capital and accompanies the company joining the Techstars accelerator.

"Brand values are more important than ever to consumers, and studies show that investment in social impact partnerships has a positive ROI. It’s a win, win, win, for causes, retailers, and consumers. We are stoked to be backed by two incredibly reputable and active investors in realizing Virtue’s vision"
— Mariya Kupriyenko, CEO
Series A
£18.6M

The Series A round was led by Verlinvest and Perwyn to support international expansion and scientific research.

"KatKin began when Nikki and I questioned what we were feeding our cats Molly, Kiki and Columbus. The more we asked, the more horrified we were at what we found. So we gathered an ambitious, world-class team of people willing to stick their noses up at the cat food chain. Right now, mainstream cat food is stale – packed with cheap ingredients, hard-to-understand labels and fluffed-up claims. It’s difficult to find what’s best and customers are frustrated. In contrast, the demand is huge for KatKin – every six months we’re doubling in size and customer base. We’re grateful to Lopo and Cecile at Verlinvest and Andrew at Perwyn, and Kreos as well as for the continued support from Octopus and our angel investors. This support doesn’t just invest in our business but also the health and happiness of cats and cat parents."
— Brett O'Farrell, Co-founder
Series A
£1.5M

Gresham House Ventures backed the retail integration platform with a follow-on investment to power international growth.

"We’ve been working with Patchworks for a few years now, utilising both their iPaaS and their new Stockr product. It’s great to see them grow and start to reach their full potential. They have supported our growth in the time we’ve been working with them and really helped us get to where we are today, including supporting us to grow 215 percent, and placing 6th in this year’s The Sunday Times Hundred 2022."
— Jack Humphreys
Series B
£24.8M

Battery Ventures led the financing round, which will support product enhancement and team growth across engineering and client success.

"The headwinds and opportunities facing restaurants today are enormous. Operators are adapting to changing customer preferences around dining and ordering as well as monumental market disruptions – first the pandemic, then supply-chain disruptions and a labour shortage. This has dramatically changed how restaurants operate and shrunk profit margins for those not able to adapt,"
— Nick Popovici, CEO
