Tilt secures £2.7m seed investment led by Earlybird Venture Capital to expand its social shopping platform
Earlybird Venture Capital led the round with participation from Seedcamp and TQ Ventures.
Tilt operates a next-generation social shopping application designed to connect users with emerging brands through interactive video and livestream formats. The platform allows shoppers to discover products, interact with friends, and purchase items directly within the mobile interface.
Retro Labs, trading as Tilt, has secured £2.7m in a seed financing round led by Earlybird Venture Capital. The company drew additional backing from Seedcamp and TQ Ventures to support its next-generation social commerce platform.
The fresh capital will be deployed to expand the team and develop its dynamic e-commerce solution geared towards younger demographics. The app aims to replace traditional solitary browsing by integrating live video and community features for emerging brands.
