Earlybird Venture Capital led the round with participation from Seedcamp and TQ Ventures.
London-based Tilt operates a live-commerce platform that combines real-time video streaming with artificial intelligence to facilitate social shopping.
Retro Labs, trading as Tilt, has secured £2.7m in a seed financing round led by Earlybird Venture Capital. The company drew additional backing from Seedcamp and TQ Ventures to support its next-generation social commerce platform.
The fresh capital will be deployed to expand the team and develop its dynamic e-commerce solution geared towards younger demographics. The app aims to replace traditional solitary browsing by integrating live video and community features for emerging brands.
