Maven Capital Partners led the Series A round with participation from Scottish Enterprise and existing backers.

The Newcastle-based utility platform has raised a follow-on investment led by DSW Ventures and Northstar Ventures to scale operations and enhance technology.

The Series A round featured participation from Sonoma Brands, Waldencast, Felix Capital, and Cherry Ventures.

Par Equity led the Series A round with participation from Mercia, Triplepoint, SIS Ventures, Scottish Enterprise and the MacLeod Family Trust.
