The financing round was led by Glenview Capital and co-led by Novo Holdings.

EQT Growth led the £246m Series D round to support the pet insurer in its accelerated expansion into new geographies and product innovation.

M&G Investments contributed £35m to the £195m private transaction alongside Temasek, Wellington Management, and Nikon.
