"The conclusion of our Series-E funding is a significant milestone for the business. XMOS is ideally positioned at the crossover between embedded voice processing, biometrics and artificial intelligence, and the funds will enable us to execute our ambitious product development plans. I am particularly delighted to welcome Infineon Technologies as a strategic investor in the business. We have worked closely with the Infineon team on groundbreaking sensor fusion technologies; the investment really strengthens our strategic partnership."
Beringea leads a £1.8m Series A round into search marketing analytics firm DeepCrawl.
"We’ve matured considerably as a company over the past 12 months. We completely overhauled the platform, rebuilding it from the ground up without reusing a single line of code from version 1.0. That’s set us up to provide our customers with even more innovative features – including a major release this month – which is a vital foundation for our own continued growth. Beringea’s investment provides the support we need to achieve that."
The funding was backed by Henley Business Angels and will support product development and marketing.
"We’re thrilled to have closed our SEIS investment round and are now looking to secure a large piece of the expanding market for parental controls, as the only provider to work across multiple platforms."
The capital will fund upcoming field trials and North American expansion.
"This investment has made a great difference; our project is now gathering momentum with many process engineers eager to see what is happening within their process or pipeline. We believe we can make a significant impact to gas production."
