Summit Partners led the Series B round to support global team expansion and course library growth.

The Birmingham property platform raised £250k from Mercia and private investors to fund commercial rollout and hiring.
"From our work in the property sector and experience as landlords, we recognised that there was a gap in the market for a platform that could bring together all the different aspects of property investment and management. We are looking forward to the launch of Rent Chief and working with our investors as we continue to develop and enhance the product."
The investment round was co led by CommerzVentures and Octopus Ventures with participation from J.P. Morgan.
