The LegalTech Fund backed the side letter management platform to support product development and international growth.
"As a firm, Proskauer has been deeply involved with ProVision since we first became aware of its transformative capabilities, especially for side letter management. Having helped the team develop its current product offering and now working closely with the firm to help build some game-changing future features we are thrilled ILS has secured this important investment, which will help revolutionize our product offering to clients."
The investment round was led by Partech and OTB Ventures with support from Acclimate Ventures and existing backers.
"We are at an exciting point in time where powerful Vision LLMs are now both accurate and cost efficient enough to open up valuable new use cases, thanks to our combination of on-device Tiny AI with cloud-based Vision LLMs. We’re going to make it possible for everyone to have their own AI security guard and assistant that never gets distracted, so they feel safer and calmer than ever before. It will warn you about a stranger in your backyard, a leaking water pipe, or simply help you find your keys. And it’s not just for the home, but for retail, offices, warehouses, elderly care and more. The trust of our partners and investors allows us to bring powerful AI into the physical world, beyond desktops and the cloud."
The pre-seed round was led by SFC Capital with backing from Plug and Play.
"I am proud to see my rigorous research translated into trusted real-world AI innovation for the transport sector. With this investment, we can now realise my Future Leaders Fellowship vision, scaling a technology that empowers authorities across the UK to deliver integrated, net-zero transport."
The financing round was backed by BGF, Parkwalk, and Meltwind to drive therapeutics discovery in autoimmune and other common diseases.
"Our founders have led the field by developing technology to map 3D interactions on a whole-genome scale, and integrating these data with comprehensive multi-omics datasets. We now have the technological capabilities to decipher the causal biology that drives complex and common genetic diseases, with the potential to develop truly effective new blockbuster therapies."
