The British beauty and filtration brand has raised debt financing from re:cap to fund expansion into the Middle East and Europe.
Hello Klean develops water filtration systems and complementary body care products designed to remove impurities and improve skin and hair health.
Hello Klean has secured £1.5m in debt funding from German fintech firm re:cap. The capital will be deployed to expand inventory, scale the headcount from 20 to nearly 30 employees, and drive international expansion into the Middle East and European markets.
Founded by Karlee Ozener and Omer, the British company previously bootstrapped using £75k of personal savings. It has since sold over one million units and built a subscriber base exceeding half a million users globally, driven by a subscription model accounting for 70% of revenue.
The fresh capital will also support ongoing product development and research into its filtration technology, meeting growing international demand for water-first beauty solutions.
