Mo brings investment and acquisitions experience from Goldman Sachs, Mubadala, and Ventura Capital. He also serves as vice chairman of Royal Albert Hall America.
Ventura Capital, GLG, and Sona AM led the financing round to support international growth and technology investments.

Ventura Capital led the Series E round, with participation from Aviva Ventures, Horizons Ventures, and the Gates Foundation, to advance clinical trials and commercialise breath tests.

The funding round was backed by institutional investors including Eurobank and iGrow Venture Capital, alongside a crowd-funding campaign.

The Series C financing comprised £26m in equity led by Anthos Capital and £20m in debt from Mars Capital.
