Railsr secures £40m Series C round led by Anthos Capital to support growth

Railsr has secured a £40m Series C investment to advance its progress towards profitability. The funding round comprised £26m in equity led by Anthos Capital, with participation from Ventura, Outrun Ventures, CreditEase, and Moneta, alongside a £20m debt facility provided by Mars Capital.
The company intends to use the capital to build on its position in the embedded finance sector, supporting its ongoing product development and customer expansion. Railsr continues to scale its operations amid shifting macroeconomic conditions, pointing to accelerating demand for embedded financial services across multiple demographics.
