The London-based reinsurance technology platform secured the Series A round led by Alven.
"This investment is reflective of the incredible support Supercede has received from a global community of buyers, brokers, and underwriters determined to bring better data and technology to the reinsurance industry. We are responding to their call to action, and with these funds will scale our capabilities to ensure our platform remains the top choice for reinsurance buying teams."
The seed round was led by UCL Technology Fund to support the development and practical application of the company technology.
"Our mission at Stanhope AI is to bridge the gap between neuroscience and artificial intelligence, creating a new generation of AI systems that can think, adapt, and decide like humans. We believe this technology will transform the capabilities of AI and robotics and make them more impactful in real-world scenarios. We trust the math and we’re delighted to have the backing of investors like UCL Technology Fund who deeply understand the science behind this technology and their support will be significant on our journey to revolutionise AI technology."
MMC Ventures and Hambro Perks led the round to support team growth and international expansion.
"Musculoskeletal health conditions have been a societal problem across the world for decades, and our data shows that rates of pain have massively increased since the rise of hybrid working. With this new funding, we’ll be able to continue our growth to reduce the financial and health costs for employers and their teams."
Plural led the Series A follow-on round to help the company scale its precision medicine platform and expand globally.
"Precision medicine is transforming how we think about and approach healthcare, and clinical trials are the bedrock of precision drug development. In the past 12 months, we’ve scaled up our capacity to hold three times more trials than the year before and launched our first programme supporting families affected by ALS. I’m so pleased with everything the team has achieved so far and this new funding will help us to integrate LLMs and other AI tools to drive more productivity. This will help us continue our growth trajectory, particularly with the help of visionary investors like Carina Namih, who supported our seed round and is now supporting us again at Plural."
