Mark brings financial technology venture capital and operating experience, having previously held senior roles at ICAP, T-Zero, and Deutsche Bank before founding Illuminate Financial.
The funding round was led by Quantum Energy Partners with participation from corporate and existing investors to support global expansion.

The compliance technology firm secured £18m from a syndicate led by Ten Coves Capital to accelerate its international growth.

The funding extension will support team growth, venue connectivity, and new product development.

The financing round was led by Tiger Global Management with participation from a group of prominent institutional investors.

Illuminate Financial and AlbionVC co-led the seed round to support product development and client acquisition.

Accel led the Series B round with participation from GV, Salesforce Ventures, and existing investors.

The privacy engineering software company raised £13m from Partech Ventures, CME Ventures and Salesforce Ventures to scale its operations.
