Vault Platform has secured £5.8m in Series A funding to expand its team, drive artificial intelligence technology, and service client demand. Gradient Ventures led the round, with participation from Illuminate Financial alongside existing backers Kindred Capital and Angular Ventures.

The London-based company operates in the employee reporting and compliance sector with a digital platform designed to manage workplace issues. The fresh capital arrives as regulatory pressures increase through initiatives such as the EU Whistleblowing Directive and rewards for whistleblowers from the SEC.

Chief executive and co-founder Neta Meidav noted strong demand since the platform launch. The business intends to utilise the investment to scale operations and develop its risk detection capabilities.
