Thilo brings extensive experience in space transportation and aerospace programmes, having held leadership roles at the European Space Agency and the German Aerospace Center.
The funding was led by PXN Ventures with participation from Scottish Enterprise, Archangels and the European Space Agency.

The funding round was led by the European Space Agency, alongside Big 5 Investors, InsurTech NY and ACF Investors.
"This capital injection will be used to fuel growth in the London and US Property and Casualty markets, and to accelerate the development of our Exposure Management and natural catastrophe modelling capabilities. This progress will be critical for improving the speed and quality of underwriters risk selection and exposure management — critical considering the increasing frequency and severity of global climate change-induced natural disasters."
The financing round was co-led by Molten Ventures and Gresham House.

The insurtech startup has raised seed funding from SFC Capital and the European Space Agency to develop its technology and grow the team.
