The British Business Bank is a government-owned development bank created to increase the supply and diversity of finance for smaller businesses in the UK.
The Falmouth based marine engineering firm raised the capital from backers including the British Business Bank and Welsh Ministers to support its Morlais project.

The financing will be used to expand technical teams and accelerate the commercialisation of its proteomics platform.

The Cardiff-based space tech startup has secured the largest Series A round in the UK sector to advance its in-orbit manufacturing missions.

Twin Path Ventures led the seed financing for the Belfast biotechnology firm to accelerate its preclinical discovery programmes.
