pirkx raises £3m in pre-Series A funding led by NoBa Capital to accelerate product development and international expansion.
NoBa Capital led the pre-Series A round, which will fund product innovation, marketing, and entry into new markets.
pirkx provides a digital platform that makes health and wellbeing benefits accessible to a wide range of workers. The service offers affordable packages covering physical health, mental support, and training.
pirkx has secured £3m in pre-Series A funding to scale its operations and extend its geographical reach. The investment was led by NoBa Capital, with participation from Joyance Partners, Love Ventures, 1818 Ventures, Vala Capital, and Capital Pilot Boost Fund.
The capital will be directed towards product development, marketing initiatives, and international expansion, including entry into South Africa. The company also plans to triple its headcount across all divisions to support its growing user base.
The raise follows a period of strong growth for the platform, which serves small businesses, gig economy workers, and contractors. With total funding now reaching £4.2m, the business is eyeing a subsequent Series A round in the near term.
From the founder
"This fundraise means a lot. It is validation that what we are building is solving a genuine and far-reaching problem which, for too long, has been left unaddressed."

Founder & CEO at pirkx
Investor perspective
"Until now, meaningful employee benefits were reserved for the biggest firms with the budgets to spend on giving staff a better working environment, but they have been out of reach for so many. pirkx is tackling this problem head-on, with a mission to democratise these benefits for people all round the world. We are delighted to have led this round and look forward to working with Stella and her team in the years ahead to deliver this vision."
