Paired secures £2.5m in seed funding led by Eka Ventures to scale its relationship care platform.

Paired operates an evidence-based mobile application designed to improve romantic relationships through daily conversations. The platform prompts couples with questions, quizzes, and expert advice to help build healthy habits and prevent relationship distress.

Relationship care application Paired has raised £2.5m in seed funding to accelerate its international expansion and enhance its product development. The investment round was led by Eka Ventures, with backing from prominent angel investors and existing supporters including Taavet Hinrikus and the co-founders of Runtastic.

Launched in October 2020, the London-based company provides daily prompts and expert-backed content to help couples improve communication and relationship quality. The fresh capital will support the firm as it targets 100,000 paying subscribers over the next 18 months, building on independent academic research demonstrating the app's positive impact on partner connections.
