HR DataHub raises £1m in seed funding led by the Angel CoFund to scale its platform.
The funding round was led by the Angel CoFund alongside a syndicate of experienced angel investors.
HR DataHub operates an external HR benchmarking platform that provides data-led insight into workplace practices. The company supplies proprietary databases sourced from hundreds of corporate clients.
HR DataHub has secured £1m in a seed funding round led by the Angel CoFund. The capital is backed by a syndicate of angel investors, including seasoned industry founders and the company's new chairman.
The fresh funding will be directed towards product development and international expansion as the firm responds to increased demand for reliable workplace benchmarking data. The platform currently supports major corporate clients across multiple sectors by providing insight into diversity, inclusion, and reward policies.
The investment arrives as organisations face heightened scrutiny regarding workforce data and pay transparency. Management intends to use the backing to scale operations and broaden access to its proprietary benchmarking database.
