Conveyd raises £2.5m in a seed round led by Eka Ventures to accelerate property conveyancing.
The seed round was led by Eka Ventures to support technology development and platform expansion.
Conveyd provides an artificial intelligence platform designed to streamline and accelerate the residential property conveyancing process for home buyers. The system automates administrative tasks while pairing technology with qualified lawyers to reduce transaction times.
Conveyd has secured £2.5m in a seed funding round led by Eka Ventures. The financing also saw participation from Portfolio Ventures, alongside existing backer Founders Factory and several high-profile angel investors including Eileen Burbidge, Richard Harrison, and Mark Ransford. The company will direct the capital towards enhancing its technology platform and expanding its automated legal document processing capabilities.
Launched earlier in 2025, the platform combines artificial intelligence with human lawyers to handle property transactions, reducing average purchase completion times to six weeks. The fresh capital will support the development of more advanced AI agents capable of reviewing complex legal documents at a high standard, allowing human experts to concentrate on specialized advisory work.
From the founder
"If you’ve ever bought a house in the UK, you’ll know exactly how painful the conveyancing process can be. Something that should take a matter of days can drag on for months, leaving you unsure when – or even if – you’ll get the keys to your new home. These delays are completely avoidable. We built Conveyd to remove unnecessary back-and-forth, so home buyers get complete purchases in weeks rather than months – in a way that doesn’t make them want to tear their own hair out."

Investor perspective
"Good consumer legal advice is critical at life’s most important moments but it is typically expensive, confusing and slow. We believe technology, applied in the right way, has the opportunity to change this, giving people access to high quality advice when they most need it. When we met Manasi and Ste we realised they shared this view and had a unique drive and skill set that would enable them to deliver on their vision. We are extremely excited to partner with them as their lead seed investor and look forward to working with them over the coming years."
