LDC acquired a minority stake in the software reseller as previous backer BGF exited the business.

The funding round was led by UK Innovation & Science Seed Fund with participation from LifeArc and Parkwalk.

The seed round was led by Parkwalk Advisors and includes backing from Amadeus Capital Partners, Crista Galli, RCA, and Oxbridge Angels to fund the market launch of the CUE1 device.
