The London-based femtech company secures fresh capital from its current investor base.
The funding round was led by JamJar Investments, with backing from Active Partners and Animal Health Angels.
"Marleybones is driven by our founding mission of making dogs healthier and happier. This investment will allow us to continue delivering on that promise and caring for more dogs than ever before. Having seen the benefits on my own dog Marley, and the customers we’re lucky enough to serve, we’re excited about what this investment unlocks for our community"
The company secured the capital through a public sale alongside the launch of its SNSY token.
The funding follows an appearance on Dragons' Den to support international growth.
"Entering the Den was unbelievably exciting and nerve-wracking. We do have plenty of experience pitching for investment – but presenting to a row of high-profile investors on TV is a totally different ball-game. I’ve watched Dragons’ Den since the early days and was delighted when Sara joined the show, bringing a refreshing professional slant."
The LCR Angel Network backed two regional start-ups following a pitch event supported by the British Business Bank.
"The LCR Angel Network has helped us get one step closer to our vision of building purpose-driven brands through their fantastic pitch event connecting us with the right investors."
