The funding round was led by ABC Impact to accelerate global deployment of the company liquid cooling technology.
"This significant investment, one of the largest amounts recently invested in liquid cooling, is a testament to the great work of our designers for our customers across the globe, as well as the many technology and channel partners that have placed their trust in our ability to cool data centre servers more efficiently in a vertical rack form factor. Given the global importance of the data centre sector, which can only increase as edge facilities proliferate and extend to the far reaches of civilization, we look forward to accelerating our global deployment plan with the help of our new and existing investment partners."
The seed round was backed by returning angel investors and the Women Angels of the North Syndicate.
"This is a really exciting investment for us. The money will allow us to build on the foundations we have put in place and grow our business by bringing in new team members with skillsets that will strengthen our existing operation. It has been fantastic to see investors from the pre-seed round re-investing for a second time. They are very supportive in seeing us achieve our mission to accelerate research and improve the outcomes for people with rare cancers."
The funding from UK Research and Innovation will support a collaborative project with Imperial College London and the RNIB.
"We are delighted and excited to be embarking on this new project with our partners, thanks to the support of UKRI. Computer vision has limitless potential in solving mobility problems experienced by visually impaired and older people, from identifying landmarks to navigating complex spaces. Our specialist knowledge and that of our partners, which have an in-depth understanding of overcoming the barriers to using mobility technology, provide an ideal platform in developing new and effective solutions."
The London-based startup secured backing from Samaipata, Nemetschek, Pi Labs and Accel to grow its team and platform.
"This funding, with the clear support of a great investor base, allows us to grow our team, launch our freemium subscription and expand the platform. Our vision is to become the industry standard for construction site communication."
The financing round was led by Committed Capital with participation from ACF Investors and angel backers.
"Our aim is to give our team the tools they need to be the best and happiest professional risk advisers they can be, to give clients great information and support, and to give insurers a true and trusted partner. This investment will allow us to accelerate our growth plans, and continue to shake up the world of commercial broking."
