Konsileo has secured £4.7m in a Series A funding round to accelerate its recruitment of insurance brokers and advance its proprietary technology platform. The investment was led by Committed Capital, which contributed £3.2m, alongside participation from ACF Investors and angel investors.
The firm has experienced rapid growth, doubling in size over the course of 2021. Its platform seeks to remove administrative burdens for brokers while improving compliance and client collaboration.
Committed Capital noted the strong market opportunity and the application of technology in an under-invested sector. ACF Investors highlighted the traditional inefficiencies inherent in commercial insurance compared with personal lines.
