ALCORA B.V. backed the London-based recruitment technology startup in its latest funding round.
"Vinter offers a more streamlined and transparent recruitment process for both candidates and recruitment teams. Our flexible platform allows recruiters to customise their hiring processes while promoting data-driven decision-making. Thanks to Vinter’s asynchronous system, both candidates and recruiters can progress at their convenience, without the need for scheduled meetings or appointments. Our regular status updates ensure all parties are informed about the hiring process at every stage."
The seed round was co-led by Emerge and SuperSeed Ventures to accelerate growth across enterprise recruitment teams.
"We saw how rigid and impersonal recruitment processes were failing both companies and candidates. During a time when human connection mattered more than ever, conversations were missing from the equation. We created Popp AI to fix that—by making it possible to engage candidates in meaningful dialogue, even at scale."
The seed round was led by The FSE Group via the South West Investment Fund, with participation from Fuel Ventures.
"Building a healthy workplace culture is a collective responsibility; employees need to feel equipped, safe and protected, with Employee Relations and Compliance empowered and accountable. Our platform supports organisations to act fairly, kindly and responsibly, reaping the benefits of the Safe Workplace they create. We are delighted to receive this South West Investment Fund funding, which will enable us to further develop our product and expand our team."
SFC Capital has backed the Liverpool startup with pre-seed capital to support its employee mental health platform.
"Our expert team of counsellors, data scientists and mental health trainers are on a mission to support better minds at work. The MindClass platform offers a range of courses accredited by the Royal Society for Public Health, ensuring that organisations can provide their employees with high-quality, reliable training. Plus on demand counsellors accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP)."
The financing values the remote work platform at $1.2bn and was led by Silver Lake Waterman.
"Global employment is incredibly complex, involving many moving parts. Oyster emerged as a best-of-breed solution in the category to solve these traditional challenges,"
