The pre-seed round was co-led by Global Founders Capital and Backed VC to support the development of international credit infrastructure.
"As a result a data disparity exists that means people have to start again every time they move to another country. Our intention is to look at consumers based on their credit footprint globally, not on a country by country basis."
The round was led by Blackfinch Ventures with participation from Praetura Ventures and the British Robotics Fund.
"Interest in intelligent chat solutions has exploded, as more organisations realise that this is accessible platform technology they can deploy instantly which completely changes how they deliver customer service. It is testament to our progress as a business and the appetite from our customers that we’re welcoming Blackfinch as an investor, along with increased support from Praetura and the British Robotics Fund."
The oversubscribed round included backing from CrossFit legend Mat Fraser, who joins the board alongside Matt O'Keefe.
"The closing of this round is extremely exciting for us, 2021 was a year of incredible growth with a number of big name moves from leading athletic coaching providers and individual coaches. The additional cash reserves provided in this round will allow us to massively increase our investment in the platform's infrastructure and development, pursue more aggressive customer acquisition and build on the progress made over the last year."
Jenson Funding Partners backed the mixed-reality education startup to support team expansion and product development.
"Even before the pandemic, we recognised a market gap between video conferencing tools and VR headsets, where there could have been a suitable remote learning option to teach practical subjects. Lockdown really focused us on the issue and forced us to develop a solution."
