Operati secures £480k from Waterspring Ventures and The Development Bank of Wales to develop its manufacturing software.
Waterspring Ventures and The Development Bank of Wales backed the round alongside company founders.
Operati provides specialist software designed to help small and medium-sized manufacturing businesses streamline production and estimation processes for bespoke products.
Operati has secured £480k in a co-investment round led by Waterspring Ventures and The Development Bank of Wales, alongside participation from the company founders. Waterspring contributed £280k, while the Development Bank of Wales invested £150k from its Technology Seed Fund.
The newly raised capital will support the manufacturing software provider as it expands its market presence and develops its cloud-based estimating platform tailored for small and medium-sized enterprises. The founders previously launched Hudman, an enterprise resource planning software system acquired in 2017.
