Supportwave operates an IT support resource platform that connects businesses with verified specialists on demand. The company streamlines IT skill sourcing for organisations ranging from small businesses to large enterprises.

Supportwave has secured £1.7m in a seed funding round backed by High-Tech Gründerfonds, Big Sur Ventures, and Fuel Ventures. The capital will enable the platform to expand its specialist resource pool and increase market share across small business and enterprise segments. This follows the company's pre-seed round in late 2021.

Founded in 2020, the company connects organisations with remote and on-site IT support professionals. The platform currently features a community of over 5,000 verified specialists, with plans for substantial expansion in the coming months alongside existing partnerships with firms such as Visa and HSBC.
