"Since our Covid-pivot, we evolved our maritime-focused product roadmap and completed a range of initial rollouts. I’m hugely excited to have the backing of eminent maritime investors who share our vision and are equally passionate about digitally empowering people."
The investment from BGF will support the expansion of Recite Me and its assistive technology.
"We pioneered the assistive technology sector when we launched over a decade ago and have successfully grown the business to be a market leader, but our mission doesn’t stop here as we aim to help millions of people access online content around the world. To galvanise our growth, we were looking for investment partners who shared our values and ambitions and brought their experience of scaling businesses to the next level. BGF was the obvious choice, and we look forward to working with them to invest further in our technology, team and infrastructure so our tech can benefit even more people across the world."
The pre-seed round was backed by Antler, Fuel Ventures, ScaleX and Logo Ventures to help drive team growth and new market entry.
"We believe the future of sales is driven by digital experiences that enable buyers. As competition increases, teams are forced to differentiate not only with the service they provide but also with the way they sell. Helping buyers make informed decisions is the new definition of success and sadly, email threads no longer achieve this. This funding will allow us to realise our ambition to build the de facto medium where B2B sales happens."
Redpoint Ventures led the Series A round, with participation from Balderton Capital and Point Nine, to fund engineering and international growth.
"Attio's mission is to build a CRM that is not only beautiful and intuitive, but powerful enough to empower businesses to scale. That's why we've spent the last three years building a powerful architecture from scratch specifically for CRM,"
The seed round was led by Y Combinator alongside Garage Capital and FoundersX Ventures.
"Businesses are continually up against it to find cost efficiencies, while creating more hybrid working environments for their people. Mobile devices, whether used for calls, messages or video meetings, are an essential tool for doing business. Devyce makes it easier and cheaper for companies to help their people make best use of the devices they already have at their disposal, wherever they are located."
