Amadeus Capital Partners led the seed round with participation from Global Brain Corporation, Techstars and existing investors.

The machine learning start up more than doubled its initial target with backing from 1030 investors.

Foresight Group provided the capital through the Midlands Engine Investment Fund to support product prototyping and intellectual property development.

The financing package was underwritten by Mercia Fund Managers and the Midlands Engine Investment Fund.

Calculus Capital backed the e-invoicing vendor in its first investment round.
