"We believe that debt management should be proactive, not reactive. Our goal is to help millions of people struggling to pay their bills and credit commitments better manage their debt before it becomes a crisis. In doing so, we believe we can help British people during the cost of living crisis – saving businesses and society billions associated with problem debt."

The London based healthtech startup secured backing from investors including Entrepreneur First and Form Ventures to expand its platform into clinical settings.

"Our technology is revolutionary. By combining cutting edge neuroscience and ethical, explainable AI, we have built a tool that can help people get an accurate diagnosis and effective treatment plan in place faster than ever before. It’s all about arming clinicians with the very best tools so that they can do the very best by their patients. We’re so grateful for the support our investors have shown us so far; and we look forward to this next stage of our journey as we look to optimise and expand our technology and get it in the hands of the people who need it most."

Series B
£25.8M

National Grid Partners led the Series B round to help scale the electric vehicle software platform across Europe and North America.

"In the next few years, total EV demand in most developed countries will surpass the energy output of even the largest power plants – for example, the behemoth Palo Verde Generating Station in the US. As more EVs come online, optimised charging and load maintenance will remain critical tools for ensuring grid stability. By being able to shape and control EV load, ev.energy can both benefit the grid and help drivers to charge using the greenest and cheapest energy."
— Nick Woolley, CEO

The funding round was backed by Mercia Ventures and its EIS funds via the Midlands Engine Investment Fund.

"Planning high-profile events is extremely complex with a host of different factors to consider – from designing and building the infrastructure and planning schedules to managing crowd control, transport and security. However the industry still relies heavily on spreadsheets, drawings and data in different formats. With Iventis we have already shown how technology can transform large-scale event planning. We will now be bringing our innovations and technology to a wider audience."

The investment was led by industry veteran Neil Utley and returning backer Praetura Ventures.

"We’re delighted to welcome Neil as an investor. He has a breadth of experience and knowledge to share from his 30 plus years of working in our industry at the highest level. In particular, his expertise in the motor insurance market will be invaluable in helping us to achieve our ambitions for Percayso Vehicle Intelligence. And we’re hugely proud that Praetura Ventures are continuing to support us. We’ve forged a fantastic relationship and in particular, I’d like to offer special thanks to Guy Weaver from their team who played a critical role in the Cazana acquisition."
