Bristol-based deep tech company Siloton has secured £190k in seed funding led by South East Angels. The capital will support the ongoing development and deployment of the company's at-home diagnostic imaging device for age-related macular degeneration.
Founded in 2020, Siloton utilises photonic integrated circuit technology to compress bulky optical components into compact hardware. The latest injection follows a £470k investment raised by the firm last year as it aims to alleviate pressure on healthcare systems.
