DSW Ventures has led a pre-seed round into Manchester-based mobile commerce innovator TheNextLevel.
"DSW Ventures' investment process was instrumental in helping us refine our commercial strategy. Their experience and guidance have been invaluable, and we're thrilled to have them and Elizabeth on board as we look to grow our team and set a firm foundation for scalable growth. Our partnership with Offlane and Oscar Piastri is fantastic validation of our platform and the potential that Community Commerce holds for brands to build meaningful connections with their audiences."
The oversubscribed round was led by SFC Capital with participation from angel investors and early clients.
"The team at Nesti are building one of the most exciting B2B platforms we have seen recently. Nesti is well designed, extremely easy to use and is already proving its effectiveness amongst sales teams. There is an abundance of potential to not only own the generative AI video prospecting space but also expand into horizontal markets. We are excited to be working with the team as they expand and grow."
Look AI Ventures and Fuel Ventures back the workplace well-being platform.
"At Look AI Ventures, we are thrilled to support Ambr in its mission to revolutionize workplace well-being. Unlike traditional methods that rely on surveys, Ambr taps into real employee interactions by seamlessly integrating with over 50 company tools, providing a robust data-driven approach. This allows organizations to gain valid insights not only to predict issues related to employee morale, well-being, and burnout but also to offer a solid foundation for people managers to assess and address these challenges effectively. Moreover, Ambr seamlessly integrates with a wide range of workplace tools across both Google and Microsoft ecosystems, enhancing the overall experience for employees and HR. We’re proud that Ambr works closely with its technology partners to provide a solution that amplifies the capabilities of existing workplace platforms, showcasing its value in the modern, interconnected workplace."
Balderton Capital led the pre-seed round, which will fund the development of continual learning models for Proxy assistants.
"Imagine an agent that keeps growing and learning whenever you teach them something new. Over time, the agent will take on mundane tasks allowing you to focus on higher-level tasks that are more impactful and also more enjoyable. The key to our approach is the ability for Proxy to learn and memorise tasks on the job, remembering them for the long term and being able to use its memories to extrapolate to new tasks – just as a person would. Our mission at Convergence is to build new, foundationally different technologies that are a clear pathway to useful intelligence. Balderton shares our vision deeply and we are looking forward to turning it into a reality with them."
Dig Ventures led the pre-seed financing round to support product development and international growth.
"I recall regularly sifting through data and information until the early hours during my time at Goldman Sachs in order to make fully informed decisions and strategies. With Desia the whole process would have been more efficient and successful. I wish it was available back then."
