The British Business Bank led a £10m funding round to support international demonstration projects and research.
"The renewable power market is held back by its vulnerability to external factors. The answer is long-duration energy storage, and Certain Energy has the technology and now the funding to deliver highly efficient, affordable batteries, based on abundant materials, to make this a reality."
The funding round includes investment from the South West Investment Fund, managed by The FSE Group.

The oversubscribed financing round included a £1m investment from the South West Investment Fund.

The funding round features investment from CPCA Business Growth Finance Limited, managed by The FSE Group.
