The Manchester based job matching platform secured funding from GC Angels to double its team size.
"Using the funding from GC Angels and our other investors over the past two years we have been able to build GradTouch into a unique business that develops a real cultural fit between companies and candidiates."
The funding round was led by the Development Bank of Wales with participation from Cardiff Council and Giles Phelps.
"Our system allows candidates to tailor applications simply and to modify their profile as they gain more and more experience. It also allows employers and training providers to target appropriate opportunities to a large number of potential candidates at a much more affordable cost and cuts down the amount of admin time needed to manage the process. We’ve already had a number of schools, local authorities and employers register on the platform."
The job search engine raised capital from over 400 backers through the equity crowdfunding platform.
"We are proud of the world-class team and platform we have built at Adzuna, but we still have a long way to go in job search innovation, mobile apps and internationalisation."
