BGF has backed the Wakefield-based transport management software provider in a Series A round.

Earlybird led the investment round, which will fund international expansion and platform development.

The financing round was led by aMoon and will support clinical trials and research pipelines.

The Cambridge-founded legal tech company has secured £7.5m from Octopus Ventures and existing backers to scale its US presence and sales operations.
