Prelude has provided a follow on investment to support the security software provider.
"As a company that is immersed in the connected world and sees the latest use cases being deployed by our customers all over the world, we are acutely aware of how important it is to ensure complete trust in the devices and data being used. Our KSaaS cloud service and KeyScaler platform has already been recognised as the ‘Rising Azure Technology’ in Microsoft’s Partner of The Year Awards and by analysts who have identified Device Authority as the technological leader in its field. We are delighted that Prelude has joined our recent financing with Ten Eleven Ventures to also support our ongoing growth journey as we continue to advance our solution and grow our presence in North America."
Ten Eleven Ventures led the Series A round to support product development and North American expansion.
"We are delighted to welcome Ten Eleven Ventures as a new investor. This investment is a significant step in Device Authority’s journey as we continue to help new and existing customers solve their device security challenges. The wealth of knowledge and experience that our new investor and board members bring will add significant value in helping the company grow and become the market leader for delivering zero trust for IoT."
The pre-Series A financing was led by Quadri Ventures with participation from existing backers to accelerate international growth.
"This funding round will enable us to continue our global growth and double down on the business cases that are working so well: we have been helping our customers realise enormous savings throughout their creative processes while enabling them to massively scale the output of their production to levels they never dreamed of, allowing us to supercharge creativity."
The accessibility technology company raised the capital to expand into aviation and international markets.
"This significant investment marks a key moment in the growth and history of Transreport and is a huge vote of confidence and trust from our investors, Puma Private Equity and Pembroke VCT, in our vision and ability to execute on our strategic plans. These funds will accelerate our expansion into the aviation sector and continue supporting our entry into the Japanese market in partnership with Hankyu Corporation, Japan’s world-leading railway operator and most importantly provide a better experience for disabled and older people."
The pre-Series A round and Innovate UK grant will fund federated learning development and platform scaling.
"Critical Infrastructure is a multi-trillion dollar industry. Across Energy, Utilities and Telecoms – on-device Federated Learning has the potential to improve performance, reduce failures, enhance security and lead to more efficient, more sustainable services. The OctaiPipe team has already demonstrated significant customer traction and we are delighted to support them as they scale to address this important market."
