Node Technologies secured a six-figure loan from the Northern Powerhouse Investment Fund to support national growth requirements.
"Having demonstrated the usefulness of our product through the success of the Spinningfields and Windmill Green sites, it’s clear that there will be real desire for Node from landlords across the country. Our innovative solution to problems that many multi-occupancy buildings experience with internet connectivity and choice of provider make this technology a really exciting prospect that drastically improves efficiency and cost savings."
The gym management software provider has obtained a debt package from NPIF - FW Capital Debt Finance.
"I was working as a personal trainer and thought about how I could engage with my clients more efficiently and grow the number of people I was training. I knew I could do better than emails and bits of paper and came up with the idea of an app."
The Northern Powerhouse Investment Fund backed the accounting software provider to support team growth and apprenticeship schemes.
"This investment from NPIF, will help My Digital Accounts scale its marketing activities to raise awareness of its product offering, particularly to support companies in HMRC’s widely-publicised Making Tax Digital (MTD) initiative which affects all companies with turnover in excess of £85,000."
The investment will be used to expand the team and build a prototype collision avoidance system for autonomous vehicles.
