Mediant led the latest financing alongside participation from Citi Ventures and Deutsche Börse Group.
Proxymity operates a digital investor communications platform that connects issuers, intermediaries, and investors in real time. The company serves clients across more than 25 markets worldwide.
Proxymity has secured £41.5m in a Series B extension round led by Mediant Communications, bringing the total raise to $52m. Additional participation in the closing came from existing backers Citi Ventures and Deutsche Börse Group. The capital will support the company as it expands its footprint in North America and develops its global market reach.
The business, which spun out from Citi in 2020, provides digital access to shareholder meetings and automates disclosure requests. Its growing consortium now includes seven of the top ten global custodians, managing vast assets under custody across numerous markets worldwide.
