DTCP is an investment management firm with over fifty professionals that invests in leading cloud-based enterprise software companies across Europe, Israel, and the United States.
The funding round was led by DTCP and values the British maritime defence company at over $1bn.

The British Business Bank has backed the warehouse robotics provider as part of its recent Series C round.
"The UK consistently produces companies with market-leading technology, which need greater domestic backing to scale globally. The Bank is stepping up to ensure companies like Dexory have the capital they need to innovate and expand here in the UK. We are working with fund managers to create deeper pools of capital and are increasing the scale of our co-investing activity, which directly increases the size of funding rounds for high-potential UK companies."
Eurazeo led the Series C financing, which will accelerate product development and international expansion.

This will help warehouses and supply chains shift from systems of record to true systems of action."
The robotics and data intelligence firm secured the capital from a syndicate led by DTCP to expand its artificial intelligence platform and global footprint.
