CommerzVentures is the corporate venture capital arm of Germany's Commerzbank.
FTV Capital led the £78.4m growth equity round with backing from existing investors to support new market entries and product development.

The investment round was co led by CommerzVentures and Octopus Ventures with participation from J.P. Morgan.
