Balderton Capital is a European venture investor with a portfolio spanning financial technology and internet businesses.
The Series C financing was led by Sofina with participation from EQT Ventures and Balderton Capital.

The financing comprises equity led by Smash Capital and BlackRock alongside debt from Silicon Valley Bank.

The Series B round was led by Eclipse Ventures with participation from a broad group of global financial and strategic backers.

The London-based customer relationship management platform has secured seed backing from Point Nine Capital, Balderton Capital, and Headline to scale its engineering operations.

Circle led the Series C financing to support the crowdfunding platform's expansion across Europe.
