WorkBuzz secures £6.2m in funding led by YFM Equity Partners to drive international expansion and product development.
The investment round was led by YFM Equity Partners with participation from Mercia and Foresight Group.
WorkBuzz operates an employee engagement and insights platform that enables human resources leaders to survey staff and analyse workforce sentiment. The company serves organisations seeking to improve culture, retention, and engagement.
WorkBuzz has secured a substantial injection of capital to fuel its next phase of development. The company raised funds through a round spearheaded by YFM Equity Partners, with continued participation from existing backers Mercia and Foresight Group via the Midlands Engine Investment Fund.
The newly acquired capital will be directed towards broadening the firm footprint in international markets, particularly the United States, alongside strengthening sales and marketing capabilities. Furthermore, the business intends to roll out fresh technological innovations developed in collaboration with its client base.
The enterprise has experienced rapid growth since its inception, doubling in scale over recent years and serving hundreds of prominent clients. This transaction represents a significant milestone for the Milton Keynes-based firm as it responds to rising demand for advanced employee feedback tools in hybrid working environments.
