Project A led the seed round to help Valve scale its flexible workspace platform across North America and EMEA.
Valve provides an operating system for flexible workspaces that connects landlords, operators and brokers across a global network. The company equips commercial real estate professionals with digital sales, marketing and distribution tools.
Valve has secured £3.9m in a seed funding round led by Project A, with backing from Discovery Ventures. The capital will be deployed to drive international expansion across North America and EMEA.
The company operates a digital platform designed to help commercial real estate landlords, operators and brokerages transact more efficiently. The fresh funding arrives as the flexible workspace sector experiences accelerated adoption following the pandemic.
Project A led the financing as part of its strategy to back infrastructure layers within fast-growing commercial real estate markets. Valve currently reaches thousands of buildings globally and supports numerous enterprise customers.
