Shift Bioscience has secured £12.5m in a seed financing round led by BGF. The round also saw participation from existing backers F-Prime Capital, Kindred Capital, and Jonathan Milner. The capital will be directed towards advancing the company's artificial intelligence cell simulation platform and expanding its intellectual property portfolio. The new injection of funds brings the company's total capital raised to date to £14m.
