Scribeless has secured £400k in its first funding round, led by RLC Ventures, to expand its market reach across Europe and the US. The capital will also support product development, including enhancements to sales automation and CRM integrations.
The company secured the majority of its backing by using its own proprietary handwriting technology to pitch investors. Additional participants in the seed round included Ascension Ventures, SuperSeed, and various strategic angel investors.
Founded in 2018, the business automates handwritten communications for clients in sectors ranging from e-commerce to finance. The fresh funds arrive as the firm prepares for its growth phase following a recent platform relaunch.
