The seed round was led by Stride VC and will fund product investment, research, and expansion.
Screenloop provides a hiring intelligence platform that assists organisations in managing recruitment processes and improving candidate experiences. The company is headquartered in London.
Screenloop has secured £5.7m in seed funding to support product development and international expansion. The investment round was led by Stride VC, with participation from Ludlow Ventures, All Iron Ventures, Passion Capital, and angel investor Paul Forster. The capital will enable the firm to enhance its recruitment platform and grow its team across multiple regions.
The company was established in 2021 by former operators from technology firms who experienced recruitment inefficiencies firsthand. The platform uses data and artificial intelligence to evaluate hiring workflows, train interviewers, and streamline referencing. Screenloop intends to deploy the fresh capital to accelerate its presence in the United States and other international markets.
From the founder
"Our team is united in the belief that hiring is inefficient, outdated and unfair to candidates around the world. We have all been hiring managers and candidates, and we know the hiring process is broken. It’s difficult to track and measure, meaning there’s a lack of insight into what to improve and what to prioritise. Companies struggle to replicate their top performers and the cost of a failed hire is over $180,0001."
