The investment round was led by Kennet Partners with participation from several European technology funds.
Scoro provides an end-to-end work management software platform designed for professional service businesses and creative industries. The company helps teams streamline operations, manage projects and improve overall productivity.
Work management software provider Scoro has secured £11.8m in a Series B funding round led by Kennet Partners. Additional backing came from Columbia Lake Partners, Inventure, Livonia Partners and Tera Ventures. The capital will be directed towards continued international expansion, supported by newly released French and Spanish language versions of the platform.
Founder and CEO Fred Krieger noted that professional service businesses increasingly recognise the productivity drag caused by switching between numerous disparate tools. The fresh funding follows recent product enhancements, including a modernised iteration of the traditional Gantt chart.
As part of the transaction, Kennet Partners managing director Hillel Zidel and SaaS advisor Dave Kellogg are joining the company board of directors. Martin Fincham remains in place as chairman.
