The Middlesbrough-based e-commerce platform has raised £2.8m from Mercia Ventures to expand its team and integrate new technology.
Salesfire provides an e-commerce platform that tracks visitor behaviour to help online retailers personalise the customer journey and improve conversion rates.
Middlesbrough-based e-commerce platform Salesfire has secured £2.8m in funding from NPIF II, Mercia Equity Finance, managed by Mercia Ventures. The capital will be directed towards incorporating artificial intelligence technology into its software and creating ten new jobs over the next two years.
The company's platform builds visitor profiles and guides shoppers through the buying funnel. The fresh backing follows initial investment from Mercia and NPIF in 2022, bringing Salesfire's total funding to over £5m.
