The investment round was led by Eka Ventures with participation from notable athletes and institutional backers.
Runna operates a personalised running coaching application that tailors training plans based on individual user capabilities and schedules. The platform combines advanced technology with structured workouts designed by experienced coaches.
Runna has raised £1.9m in fresh funding to scale its operations domestically and build a presence in the United States. Eka Ventures led the round, which also drew backing from angel investors, Fortitude, Marc Cohen, and several prominent athletes. This capital injection follows a £650k pre-seed raise secured by the coaching platform earlier in the year.
