Round Financial secures £1.6m pre-seed funding from Passion Capital to scale treasury platform

The pre-seed round was led by Passion Capital with backing from multiple institutional investors and prominent fintech founders.

Round Financial provides an integrated banking and treasury platform designed to help founders and financial chiefs manage corporate cash. The firm combines multibanking, yield generation, and savings accounts to simplify financial operations.

Round Financial, operating as Round Treasury, has secured £1.6m in pre-seed funding to develop its cash management platform. The investment was led by Passion Capital, with participation from several venture firms and prominent fintech angel investors.

The capital will support the company as it expands its team, refines its product suite, and prepares to roll out services across Europe. The platform aims to address the challenges modern businesses face when handling liquidity and safeguarding funds.
